The Trainee Program at Centigo is a three-year program that begins with a five-week introduction. The introduction provides solid preparation for your new role as a consultant, including training sessions, inspirational lectures, client cases, and social events.

The Trainee Program provides you with practical project experience along with regular training sessions related to business acumen, consulting skills, and leadership. It also includes ongoing coaching, guidance, and mentorship – all to provide you with the right tools to develop into a successful management consultant. The Program provides you with a permanent full-time position and a competitive salary.

Centigo's Trainee Program has, for the second year in a row, been voted as one of Sweden's most attractive trainee programs among business students! This time, we secured the 5th position, climbing higher on the list compared to the previous year.

Centigo also tops the list of the most attractive employers in Sweden. During the period from January to April 2023, Karriärföretagen conducted a vote to determine the three employers considered the most attractive and exciting among the companies selected as Career Companies 2023. Centigo ranked in the top 10 among IT students who have studied for 3-4 years.

Submit your application

You submit an application to us with your grades, your resume and by answering our questionnaire.

Complete online tests

You respond to a personality test and a problem-solving test that helps us identify your potential and reduces the risk of discrimination and unconscious bias.

Recruitment day

You are invited to a recruitment day to get to know us, participate in an interview, solve group cases, and complete individual tasks.

Final interview

You meet one of our senior team members online for the final interview and discuss your ambitions and interests.
